This project was developed in a land in front of the sea, the challenge was to design our client his room house and his business.
The house should have privacy, but a relationship with the business, and in turn the business must have income from the street and from the beach, so it must be a very permeable design.

MENDOZA HOUSE
Casa Mendoza was developed for a client who wanted to mix modern design with the climatic design of the northern zone of Costa Rica, hot climate zone.
The design was conceptualized so that it had an opening towards its back, where the shadows of the existing trees that we preserve with great pride are used.
